Great picture!! The tv was easy to install and program.

So far it working great, this is the 4th T.V. that I have purches from you guys and I will be buying aanother one soon but much bigger.

Got this tv for my guest room. Figured I'd get a smart tv because I wasn't paying for an extra cable box that would only get used 4 or 5 times out the year. To my surprise, the tv has pre installed apps on it and one of the apps gets me local channels, so there's no need for me to get an antenna. Not sure, if the app will be free the whole time.

The TV picture is fine but the Samsung built in software is frustrating when it comes to managing downloaded apps. The buttons on the remote are too small compared to their older units of theirs I have.

Great size for bedroom. Sound sure beats older being replaced.

Overall, for the price; the size and features are just perfect for my granddaughter's room. The control is a bit complicated to use, but we figured it out and so far, not too many issues.

Good picture, awful remote and user interface. Smart tv, if you want to pay Samsung $20/mo to download an app or use your phone as a remote. The remote: all the buttons you use/need are very small and at the very bottom, not back lit so turn on the light. The closed captioning is impossible to adjust. When you think you have it, it won’t work on the program your watching. Can’t turn off the auto play on all the programs you are browsing. And, the list goes on. I absolutely hate this tv. Installed in my RV bedroom and missed the return window by two days because we were traveling otherwise it would be gone. The very worst though is the having to pay to get the features that are free on every Vizio and LG tv. Samsung must really be hurting to try gouging their customers that way.

I absolutely love it!!! We have it in our kitchen and it is great!! Crystal clear reception if you get a 4k ultra hdmi cable. Best Buy staff was great. Brought our tv out to the car. Staff was very friendly. We purchased it online and picked it up the next day!!! So happy with the purchase!!

great tv, use if for outside viewing. highly recommend this size tv for any room

This is a great TV for the price. I have a hutch that holds my TV so it has to be a certain size. It's hard to find a good 32" TV. I had a Samsung TV prior to this one. I wasn't necessarily looking for the same brand, just turned out that this was the best fit, with the best features and price. I also purchased a sound bar with it.

Got this TV for my mom for her bedroom as a replacement for her 1995 tube TV lol. Needless to say, this thing is less than 5 lbs and has FULL HD display! Only negative is with certain cable providers (ahem....Direct TV), the screen size won't allow you to stretch to full display size. Other than that, it's solid Samsung quality with great picture and good sound for being an almost obsolete size in today's ever bigger TV market.
