TheUN32N5300AFXZA 32" TV has got to be the worst purchase I've ever made. It was a replacement for another Samsung 32" that was fairly good but the boards in it kept blowing and it was junked by Best Buy after 34 months usage. From the start the UN32N5300AFXZA didn't have a very good picture and multiple adjustments couldn't fix it. Plus don't get me started on the sound/audio/speaker quality. Its absolutely abysmal and you have to set the sound to between 50-75 to get any sort of decent sound. By the way who's ever heard of having of sound settings between 1-100. Its obvious Samsung knew of the sound problem. Other problems are a sorry remote and network settings that didn't allow for connection with router. To upgrade the TV's software it took a 12 hour download from Samsung which encompasses a 1 GB upgrade. I do have a very fast broadband connection so you can imagine if slower. The download must also be placed on a flash drive for transfer to TV. Samsung support or documentation does not make it clear how far you must unpack the downloaded upgrade to load to the TV. To me it’s obvious you are replacing the current firmware which could leave the TV inoperable if done improperly. The best work-a-round with this TV I can recommend is using a wired connection. Another thing is I see is there are absolutely no built in apps for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, TUBI, Crackle, etc. My previous Samsung had them built in and they were easily accessible. Set-up of the TV out of the box was difficult because screw openings for legs require a very bright light to find and install. It was a situation where you drop the screws down hope they hit the openings and then tighten. Tightening the screws was no easy task. I only bought this TV because of limited space and it was one of the few 1080 TV’s this size. Bottom line you can do a lot better at a cheaper price with a lot less trouble. The UN32N5300AFXZA 32" Samsung TV is not a winner in any category.

Samsung worked right out of the box. I had no problems with the setups. On screen menus very easy to follow.

Great gift for our sons first TV, so that he can upgrade from his gaming TV to a larger screen in his room.

The TV (32" Samsung) works well and the price was competitive. We chose Samsung because we have had good experiences with this brand in the past. I only give it 4 stars because I was unable to put on the legs, I had to hire a handyman to help me.

Had limited space for smart TV. Size and other features were just right. Have many other Samsung Smart TVs.
