Other than that it would have been perfect for my bedroom.

Great TV, poor customer support

My issue is with how non responsive Samsung support was to my attempts to contact them. I called 4 times and requested a return call rather than a long wait on hold. I have yet for them to call me back Their chat feature is a joke. Who wants to talk to a computer and get irrelevant, canned answers?
