    I tried to set it up with Comcast and they were clueless. Went back to Best Buy and they suggested Geek Squad for a fee( I was not happy about that) . They arrived on time and I would have never been able to do it myself. He was great, friendly and worth every penny but still pricey. It should include set up. I do not understand why but happy it got done...
