I have switched to Samsung for my TV needs. I like the quality of the brand and they are easy to use.

Wireless connection sometimes doesn't reconnect when turned on. Have to long press the.power button on remote to get wireless to connect automatically. No headphone out jack to support bluetooth. Can use phone app to control TV, but delays in response to button presses makes that undesirable to use.

Brighter picture than my older Samsung, however it could be more clear.

So far so good. The only issues we had was setting the tv up, and mounting it to a wall mount. The screws to attach to a wall mount were very small. I used some longer screws, but they are still very small diameter. Obviously, I hope it doesn’t fall off the wall.

Good tv for the price. We have this in a bedroom. Very nice picture.

This "smart" TV has all the features you'd expect and was very easy to set up (maybe because it was essentially the same setup procedure I had encountered on 2 previous Samsung TVs). The video is excellent -- especially for a 32" screen. And the audio is decent, slightly tinny at high levels, but a huge improvement over its predecessor M5300 model, which was so bad it actually hurt to listen to it.

Got this tv for my home office, works great streaming and I have an antenna for local tv. works great for both !!

Very nice spare room tv. Good clarity, more than I expected.

Picture quality is good when viewing from the front. But darkens on the side if you are not directly in front of it.

I chose this model because I needed CV input which many models lack. No problems with installation. It's nice being able to watch Netflix and YouTube on a big screen instead of my laptop, though the navigation controls among the services are a little clunky; using the arrow keys on the remote to type just isn't as convenient as a real keyboard.

My review is more about the set up process than the television itself. I purchased three new Samsung televisions. I went to set up the first one and it turns out you have to have a Samsung account to even begin the process. So I started with my email address and it turned out I already had a Samsung account. Since I couldn't remember my password so I attempted to reset it. Four times I tried and failed because each time it wouldn't accept my verification code I was sent. I doubled checked the codes each time and it still would not verify me. So I reached out to Samsung support via the phone. I got a recording that it would be faster to do it by text message. When I did that I got a response that an agent would get with me as soon as possible. Fifty minutes later I still hadn't received a response so I unplugged the item, boxed it back up and submitted a return request to Best Buy. Then I went to the store, purchased an Insignia went home and had it set up with 15 minutes. I'm sure the Samsung TV's display a great picture but in my case it wasn't all the time and wasted effort just get it up and running.

Got this TV for my bedroom, but brought it back because after speaking with samsung tech suppt foundout the bright red standby light cannot be turned off. Tech suppt suggested putting something in front if, but that blocks the remote sensor. Disappointed because picture is nice, so recommend avoiding this model if unneccessary lights also annoy you.
