This T V does a nice job and has a good looking picture, worth the price

Good picture, sound is a little tinny. Overall not bad for the price.

If you have a Comcast X1 system, you will currently have to disable the Power Saver feature to easily use this set. Comcast says that they are constantly updating their firmware, but there is no commitment when this issue might be addressed. Other new sets may have the same problem, I don’t know. Two different sets exhibited the same problem with two different Comcast boxes.

Great picture. Needs more HDMI ports. Only has 2. Otherwise nice TV

This is a good TV but is a little thick for the price. It also is very rarely on sale so you could get the 43” 4K for cheaper, but it all depends on the space you are putting it in. I wouldn’t have been able to fit a 40” tv in my office so I had to purchase the more expensive, smaller, and lower quality TV.

The service I received throughout the process was excellent. I did realize after some research that the 40-inch television I purchased is an older version of the model I thought I was buying. When I called customer service, they told me it had nearly the same features. So far, it is a good tv for the price.

Because we have a specific provider it is recommended we have a Samsung tv. All have been great so far.

We have used this tv for a couple of weeks. The smart tv options are useful.

IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY ROOMMATE. IT'S HER FIRST SMART TV AND SHE IS IN LOVE WITH IT. SHE WAS ALWAY AFRAID TO BUY ONE BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE HARD TO FIGURE IT OUT. NOW SHE IS AMAZED BY IT AND SORRY SHE DIDN'T BUY HERSELF ONE YEARS AGO.

The tv works well except it does not have a sleep function. I was unable to get assistance from your employees. He only pointed to where the size and make of the tv I wanted. No questions were able to be asked as he disappeared as soon as he pointed
