Pretty good TV. It's not close to being a nice Samsung or LG, but then I didn't expect it to be. It is what it is--OK.

Clear picture quality and user friendly. Bright and good sound quality.

Works as advertised, no issues to speak of. Used in the kid's play room, so exceeds all of our current needs. Plan on getting an HDMI splitter though if you have several HDMI devices.

checked prices at my local best buy--got my best buy card and made the trip (7 min ) walked in got instant help --checked out--drove home--plugged in according to directions an was up an running in no time at all---paid the bill tonight--its mine now!!!!!!

I'm sick of this ..... I don't want to be forced to watch a Letterboxed movie and Samsung has a great incremental system to size the picture, but for every letterboxed movie in an inboard app, the screen size Zoom menu is grayed out !?!?? Now I still have to use the trusty Roku , and Voila !!! Netflix custom zoom is enabled, Disney + , zoom is enabled ....!?!?? How Stupid is this ..... ??? If a movie happens to be formatted 16 x 9 in an app..... you're OK... But if it's Letterboxed and you want to make it larger .... the onboard app will not allow it !?? I don't know what the fuss is with this .... I could give a flying rat's rear end how the studio wants me to view the movie !!! I'm paying for it ...... The tech is there to adjust it ......What's the Problem !?!?.

Combined with freestanding floor stand to move around my exercise equipment to watch TV while I row. Very good and basic system. Wish it had dedicated Netflix, Prime and Hulu buttons on control like my bigger Samsung TV.

Overall and picture quality and construction of is commensurate with cost of the TV. Only complaint is slow speed of internal processing when selecting, navigating and using streaming applications. As a result, I purchased a FireTV which is much better.

I bought the product for my home office and home studio, I will recommend these items to my friends and family members. I having been shopping at bestbuy for a long time like their products and services.

I have the same tv in another room with 720 resolution, the resolution on this one is so much better, remote control response is very quick.

This is my second one, the first only lasted 4 days with the sound system going wacky which was easily fixed than the picture started going bad off and on then After 3 different times of using the Roku channel the third time we couldn’t get it to go back to the cable, so had it replaced. Second one had no problems for 2 weeks but then again used Roku channel and would not go back to cable. Kind of strange problem when it’s supposed to be a smart tv which makes the transition between the two so easily, supposedly .

I bought this for my dad and he loves it. He used to own a Panasonic (not a bad brand) but he loves this one. It was a huge upgrade for his home

I was worried after buying this tv because the connection was poor and I was thinking of returning the set until I replaced the HDTV cord that came with it with a better one I had purchased elsewhere. Magically it now works beautifully.
