I like it a lot, it adjusts to the dark bedroom meaning it is not too bright for the eyes. The speakers are not loud enough when I take hearing aids out, that is the only drawback.

Bought tv and backlight went out. Still under warranty so had repaired. On return to store the screen was cracked so Best Buy replaces with new tv

Occasionally, there is no sound or a gurgling sound reception. This usually corrects itself when the tv and signal source are turned off and back on. Since I'd never had this happen with any tv before, it was very upsetting the first time, when I didn't know what to do about it.

Went to Apple to get a Brand New I Pad Pro and they did not have one in stock... Best Buy hooked me up, not only did they have the Ipad i needed they had the Keyboard and Pen I wanted to go with it. Thank You!!

Thank goodness for my son He helped me set it up It was a couple of days later I got an email that said if I needed help setting the TV up but came a few days too late if it wasn't for my son I probably would of brought it back but glad i didn't have to I like it I can watch my netflix and hulu and much more Thanks

Was waiting for the tv to come in as the previous one (same model) started to have technical problems, the picture developed a black band about three inches in length across the top of the screen. But once I got the new one and used it for a couple of hours, the picture started to fade. Had to turn it off for a while, and then turn on again to get a sharp picture. I don't like the idea of having to do this if I want to watch for an extended period of time.

Good picture and perfect size for our daughters room but the speaker stopped working ten months in.

this T,V. is perfect for my room really spacious, fit perfectly on top of my male dresser. TV quality is so bright you would think you are looking through a mirror. Good buy for your money.

Purchased to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Plug in the laptop, add Bluetooth mouse & keyboard, and you have an instant office! After office hours, you can queue up the Netflix or other favorite apps!

Bought for my 13-year-old for video gaming. He hasn't complained thus far so I imagine its working great.

Ordered TV and mount online and both items were delivered within 90 minutes. Amazing. The TV and wall mount were a gift. The person has yet to open the box, so I have no comments on the product as yet.
