The user interface is a little slow and clunky, but overall I like how relatively simple it is to use with enough features.

Very happy with the display and color of this TV. Great quality at $219 price point.

We watch the morning news when eating breakfast in our kitchen. It replaces a 720P TV that was damaged in a thunder storm. The Full HD resolution (1080P) makes the "fine print" much easier to read. Not many Full HD TVs in this size.

Average Good Tv - Not to bad of a tv - i give it 4 and a half star's. Still trying to figure out the 1080p out my guess is to see a blu-ray movie will go to the 1080p thinking that is how it works play a blu-ray movie for the 1080p - still a great tv Samsung Rock's.

I love my new TV! Only complaint I have was the setup took way too long, I felt. Seems like they could've done a more streamlined way to enter data. They way it's setup now is quite cumbersome.

Once I got the picture cleared up it works great. Still wish Samsung would put the speakers on the lower front of the TV. Sound gets bounced around when they're located on the bottom of the TV facing down.

The sales rep was very helpful and showed confidence in knowledge about Best Buy products.

I bought this TV after my boyfriend moved out as a replacement for the bedroom TV he took. It works well it has most of the apps that I use I took my playstation up to it since and now I have everything not a bad TV.

Overall the tv is great except for the red sensor button comes on and goes off every few seconds while the tv is off.

I have other larger Samsung 1080p Smart HDTV in my home and am very pleased with this one. The ordering process online was a breeze and quick delivery! Since my purchase, I have ordered the wall mount and special cable for 'curbside' pickup. That was even easier!!!

Its just ok. I needed an inexpensive tv for a spare room and this is what purchased. Its hd but not 4k. I rather of had a 4 k. Next time ill spend the extra and get the 4k.

This tv is sold as a "smart tv". I would call it only an "attempt" at a smart tv. This was one of the most difficult tvs I've ever set up for streaming. It only comes loaded with 2 streaming apps and a Samsung TV app. It took me hours to figure out how to download additional apps because of the poor instructions. The instructions (on the tv itself) were so bad that it was difficult to simply set up the tv. Ive set up several smart tvs in the past and have never experienced such difficulty. If i had to do it again, i wouldn't purchase this tv.

we really like this tv set. I never bought a tv from Best Buy on line, I do not like that it was left by the door. Sorry to say guys, PC Richard rings the bell and bring in the TV plug it to make sure it works.. no set up.. just making sure the tv goes on. and its in your door.

I like the size of this TV but it was made before Samsung fixed a lot of glitches.

Love the Samsung app that it comes with! We use that all the time.

With so many smart tv options now I recommend Samsung for their user interface. Free SamgungTV and their app that helps you connect and control each room; especially if you have children.
