Great monitor in the office... we added this to the office and put it on a Wali Desk Paul and Love how we can move it in an out of desk range to be used as a monitor and a smart TV in the office.

So far I am very pleased with the TV I purchased from Best Buy. The technique who set up the TV was very polite and professional.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Sales staff knowledge about tv, geek squad communicated well to confirm time of arrival, installation a breeze and tutorial very helpful.

First tv set was defective. Had Geek Squad out to help set up and they identified issue. Picked up replacement of same model. Encountered difficulty with this one as well. Spent 2 hours on work around to make it work, Best Buy was fine. This model of Samsung did not live up to expectation. We chose to use the workaround because of the time and energy invested to that point.

The picture is great. The on/off red indicator light on the bottom right of the tv blinks on and off when the TV is off. In order to get it fixed Samsung wants me to mail it to them.

Purchased this for the bedroom to eliminate another cable box. Spectrum app loaded up from the store and works perfectly. Also, have Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ apps on it. Love it so far.

I got this tv because my old tv picture was going out. It was time. I really like my tv because I love to watch my DVD movies. One of these days I'll figure out the smart part of this tv, but for now, I'm good.

I was going to choose a different tv for our guest bedroom and the sales person at Best Buy suggested this tv due to having a better overall service record. We have been happy with this tv thus far.

Great TV! Our only complaint is there is no chromecast built in to stream directly from my phone to the tv. But there are ways around this. Definitely recommend, especially for the price.

I chose Samsung again when a Sharp TV only 3 years old died. Back to Samsung !

Easy setup, good features. The viewing angle is not all I'd hope for, and deeper settings would have been nice. Googled best picture settings to adjust to acceptable picture.

We bought this T.V. to replace a very old and outdated one when we subscribed to DVR service. Very happy with it. The only small criticism would be that the sound is somewhat tinny.

Purchased 4 Samsung TV's "2" 32 inch 40" and a 65" my only problem is that I never experienced this issue with Samsung that you had to sign in to a Samsung account when setting up the TV's. So now it defaults to Samsung every time I turn the TV's on. This slows down because you have to scan your TV for the app to switch to your cable provider and this takes a while for the app to check if you have service. It should default back to last thing you had on and not Samsung app.

Everything looks and works just as described! I especially appreciate the intuitive instructions that are included. I'm not technically inclined so this really helps.
