I just have to still learn how to use some of the features it has to offer. I was not able to go into detail with a sales person because of the Virus and your store was not really open to the public to come in and just shop around.

I love this tv for my son, he is enjoying it also. He watches it evryday. Have had no problems with it.

All functions working as it should. Set up to my room is seamless and is really convenient to use and be familiarized to smart TV's. Not as big but Samsung's screen quality is unmatchable.

I love the new TV but have had a few issues. Occasionally will not turn on so I need to unplug and plug in again to get it to work. Also picture does not fill the screen when watching TV. Full screen with movies despite multiple attempts to correct.

Second one has great picture, and works well. I bought it after the first one lost audio and the ability to shut off after 10 minutes of use. The clerk said that Samsung is usually very reliable.

I'm pleased with my purchase waiting for my next.

I would like to give 5 stars but I might have to return. It sometimes will not start w/remote. Have to unplug/reboot. Then it starts up ok. Going to give it one more week before I return to Best Buy.

TV is great but the legs are a bit small and I may end up using a wall mount b/c I'm afraid you bump the furniture which tv is on and it will tumble over. Used curbside pick up and JEFF was outstanding- super friendly!

This is actually a second purchase of the same TV. I purchased the first one after my old TV quit. I had a second old TV fail and I purchased the second TV since I liked the first purchase.

Great small full HD tv! Samsung TV+ makes it an excellent choice for streaming video.

I bought this TV for my daughter to her room! Everything working very good, wifi no problem! Only one little minus is NO 4K but I think all 32" Samsung TV don't have 4K technology! Recommended!!!

Exactly the size I needed for a guest bedroom. Great picture quality I've come to expect from Samsung (this is probably the 8th Samsung I've purchased thru the years) I think the sound quality could be a bit better, but I always supplement with a sound bar so no big deal to me. Overall, I love it.
