I originally bought a 50" TV. It was bigger that I realized it would be. I brought it back the next day and had a hassle free experience replacing it with a 32" TV.

The volume/sound on this television is very disappointing. The volume doesn't get very loud, & the sound quality is poor for the price! If we didn't have a soundbar, we would have returned it!

Our son came by and helped us install our TV . He made some adjustments for us and liked the TV so much that he went straight to the store and bought one just like ours.

good tv have some trouble with it not turning on by with the remote having to unplug then plug it back in to get it to turn on with the remote

As I said, the sound is sub par for five star. This tv is my third Samsung and it will probably outlive me! My old 50" plasma just won't die. My son says the plasma black is not black, but my eyes are too old, growing up in black and white.

I guess I am spoiled. I replaced a Plasma TV that finally bit the dust after many years. Since Plasma TVs are no longer made I had to settle for this LED TV. If you are not directly in front of it the picture looks like a Bright Light without any definition. I don't know if it is because this was so inexpensive or if ALL Led TV's suffer from the same disease. I would still recommend it but Only if you are looking straight at it. In my case, I am looking at it from about 5 or 6 feet to one side.

Nice tv for a bedroom. It was a little bit of a learning curve to navigate but good now. Getting all the extra samsung channels was a pleasant surprise.

I first purchased a “no-name” brand and was so disappointed in the cheap materials and poor picture quality that I returned it and purchased this Samsung. Best decision I made! Truly a nice TV.

This tv has a great picture and great capabilities. It needs to be reset several times a day to connect to the internet or even turn on. Troubleshooting isn’t helping, the tv is glitchy.

I purchased this for my parents. We were limited by their entertainment center's size but love Samsung and so far, all good. I didn't give it 5 stars only because it has no audio out, which turned out to be a bit of a hassle. Additional cable needed.

We got this for my mother-in-law after we acquired one and were so pleased with the image and quality for the price. I would definitely recommend it!

I gave the sales person the measurements of my bookcase, however, the tv is too wide to fit straight, so I have it on an angle. I wish the sales person had been more accurate with the measurements.
