Well satisfied with my purchase. The colors are great and bright. I especially appreciated the ease of connecting my TV to my condo's TV provider's system.

First of all Best Buy was beyond amazing with delivery and returns. Set up is hard and frustrating. Using their built-in keyboard is beyond awful. We use Utube tv. There is no App for that, trying to add an App is crazy hard . The only way I could get to see the TV was on the internet which meant using the crazy keyboard. The picture was good but this TV came out in 2018. So it does not have 2020 technology.I sent it back and ordered a 2020 TV.

Amazing product I got it lower then expected I'm very happy with my tv I use it all the time.

The television is in good quality, the only complaint would be the remote that does not work in long range.

The Samsung has a surprising number of problems for a “smart” TV. It doesn’t reliably AirPlay, with the playback frequently freezing and having to be re-started from the iPad. The TV has turned itself on a number of times (once waking me up at 3AM). The “smart-things” app to use with your phone has some good features, but isn’t a complete substitute for the remote.

Installed it after I purchased it as an Open Box item although missing stand, instruction manual. Picture was great, however 3 weeks after having it, it just stopped working completely and wouldn't display anything. Troubleshooting as best I can without a manual, I finally had to call, then take it in for servicing and it was sent out to repair center in Atlanta. I am hoping it will really be fixed or replaced

Bought this for the garage to watch sports events will working on projects. Works great!

Nice TV. Beautiful picture, easy to set up and use, except always get a menu that pops up when it is turned on. That is annoying. Probably a way to stop it, but haven't found it yet. Have had only 1 month, and would not turn on this morning. Will be returning this weekend...we will see how that goes.

Geek Squad Agent delivered and set up my tv, taught me how to use it. He was efficient, knowledgeable, patient and a great teacher.

I thought I wanted another Samsung because of the Samsung TV Plus, I made the wrong choice again. The picture is dark and not very good. The remote is difficult to get to where I want to go. The Best Buy tech said buy this kind it has the best picture. It has the worst picture. I want to return it too. I have another larger Samsung with a great picture. The remote is awful with it also.

I use this with the Spectrum app on our intranet at home to avoid running coax cables. The many other apps make the TV very flexible to watch all kinds of content.

Great tv for a gym/office. Replaced vizio tv with samsung, OS is much better with samsung, no question
