working great so far--only a couple of weeks old--time will tell-- all my t.v.'s are Samsung-- they all work great--

Nice upgrade from an older model Samsung I was using.

Color and screen resolution good. Sound terrible - even with adjusting the settings. Sometimes when I turn on, sound is in analog instead of stereo. Have to turn off, then on again to correct. Unit itself seems very cheap and not solidly built. Hate having the legs on each corner. They feel unstable. I purchased this to replace a previous Samsung 32" TV I had for over 8 years that was phenomenal in every way. Almost feels like a down grade from that unit. I do not recommend.

It is exactly the same size as what it replaced, but since the bezels are so thin she thinks it’s smaller. I’ve read that the sound was not good, but we did not see any issues with it.

This was part of an upgrade for my parents. It came to us broken from shipping. Best Buy did an amazing job helping us sort it all out.

Bought this TV to replace an aging Magnavox. Super clear picture and no noticeable lag while playing Xbox games (COD,Halo) while on "Game Mode" setting. Paired it with My new Samsung soundbar for a movie theatre like experience. Super satisfied!!

The TV is great. The set up with FIOS was difficult and time consuming but now that it's over I can enjoy what the TV has to offer.

Great little TV. Only down side is that I couldn’t sync my headphones to this model.

Great picture, poor sound. I did not anticipate to buy a sound bar to enjoy this tv.

I love this TV. Samsungs have the Spectrum App included so I got Rid of the Cable box In my bedroom. And the curbside pick up was GREAT!!

My old Toshiba TV died so I bought a new Samsung. This one got the highest ratings from Consumer Reports.

My television died and I looked for a 32" tv and Best Buy was the only store that had one in stock! Ordered and picked up the same day!

Great picture, seemed easy to install but no longer turns on and messes up my WiFi. Waiting for Geek Squad to fix but takes two weeks for them to get here!!

You'll have it made in the shade with this smooth viewing screen. My wife can't take her eyes of it!!! Take the plunge and you wont regret it.

It was, dollar-for-dollar, the best value Best Buy had when I mad the purchase. Love the TV.

Best Buy have the greatest products at great prices. And the staff is helpful about the products they sell. All of my questions were answered.
