I like it. I enjoy it. The only reason I bought it was to watch my favorite show: Watch "The Baker and the Beauty"

The audio board is a bit disappointing. We have a Samsung sound system (more expensive than the TV). But, the TV's audio board does not do a great job of driving the sound system.

We can't fit a big TV into our wall unit, but this one fit and together with the soundbar was a vast improvement over our old TV.

Plug n play, even with cable. No set up. Speakers are horrible, but got the Samsung sound bar on sale at Best Buy and it sounds great.

Didn't care too much for the the mounting feet but rest of tv was fine

I favor Samsung TVs over all other brands. I do think we are do for a few updated 32" models in the 4k realm.

the sound has to be turned up loud, but everything else is great.

Love Samsung products work great with Alexa. There is a setting in the diag menu that must be turned off for Alexa to work 100 percent of the time

I am incredibly disappointed in this TV. First, the two legs upon which it rests are flimsy and difficult to install. Thankfully the screws are magnetic but they do not screw down tight. The major shortfall is that there is no Bluetooth connectivity and there is only one USB port. I had hoped to use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, but that won't work. I tried a multi-device Bluetooth receiver and that won't work. I have a USB wired keyboard and mouse. A connector with multiple USB ports won't work. So, I've decided to use the attached mouse alone. This is my third SAMSUNG TV.

My small tv died the day before Black Friday and visited BB on Black Friday looking for a great deal. It was super busy and I was rushed; I chose a tv for my needs but also needed a new stand. My choice was not in stock and sales associate didn’t bother showing me a new tv stand since I bought a larger tv. There was no sales promo for my tv choice. Bummed. I left with a tv order and nothing else. Bummed. Delivery and set up went great.

Bought this refurbished and I don't think the tech took the time to really check his work. The sound does not turn up right away when hitting the volume up button, and I can't get either my phone(s) or tablet to screen cast. Also when the brightness is up higher it effects the picture quality.

Love the TV--but the instruction book was severely lacking any information about how to connect to cable and related equipment. Absolutely no cords or wires included except electrical outlet cord. Please list on the box other purchases you need to make.

The picture clarity is great. Especially for aging eyes
