Great tv for the price and very good service from Best Buy

Perfect for a smart tv. Super screen quality. I no longer need my chrome stick. Integration with my Samsung phone smart things.

It’s okay, some features are limited, but learned how to control it using my Alexa.

As a Samsung 4K owner, I looked forward to receiving this set as a replacement for a defective TCL for use in my bedroom. Unfortunately there were too many quirks requiring constant adjustment and re-booting. Speakers are poor at best. The remote is clumsy and somewhat old fashioned given the state of the art units available. I returned the unit and am researching a replacement.

I bought this to replace a smaller TV in my TV. Works great but the two hdmi inputs are too close together so make sure your hdmi plugs on your cable aren't huge!

My go to TV manufacturer it’s Samsung. Lots of TV for the price. It’s an rv not used much. Decent picture.

Good Picture , sound not so much. Sometimes there is a strange rotating wheel like you would see durning a computer boot up.

The Stand Was Already Broken Trying To Put It Together & Found Out This Model Was Old (2018) & No Longer Available For An Exchange! Now If You Can Get It, It Now Cost $100.00! We Exchanged It For Amother TV!

Gsek squad installation cost me $100. TV installation went ok but now my WIFI network has issues with IP addresses, This problem occurred immediately following the installation . The problem is only resolved when I pull the power cord from the TV . I communicated this problem to the Geek Squad customer service. Their service is apparently done out of the US. The rep took a long time to answer the most basic of questions. He ultimately told me I would have to pay more to resolve the problem caused by the Geek Squad, I sent a review email to Best Buy and have not had the courtesy of a response. Please contact me to resolve this problem. Thank you ,

I'll go with Samsung every time! Best Buy extremely competitive with their price. In and out within 5 minutes!

This tv works perfect in our kitchen. It replaced a smaller tv that wasn't a smart tv. I was able to use the old wall mount and had ths one hanging on the wall within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box.

It is a super cool device and covers all the expectations that are needed of the product to cover my entire satisfaction

Good smart tv. It was already preloaded with free shows and apps. My only complaint is that there screen is dark even after adjusting the settings.
