    Sometimes when I turn on the TV, the sound volume comes on full blast and is very distorted. The only way I can correct the problem is to unplug the cord from the outlet and plug it in again. Recently when I turned on the TV the volume was so low you can’t hear it even if it set to level 100. Once again, you have to unplug the TV. There is something inherently wrong with this TV. I finally got Samsung to agree to fix it but I have to ship it to New Jersey for who knows how long. The sound test is normal but this is an intermittent problem. I know Samsung had problems with capacitors before.

    Good TV and works wirelessly. Has a good remote unlike other Samsung TV's.

    It is an energy-saving tv which I really love, but the screen brightness doesn't go up as high as normal TVs. Everything else is perfect!

    Gorgeous picture with great detail, good sound, easy intuitive setup. Tizen operating system is logical and intuitive. Great purchase.

    Great TV at a great value. Can put on wifi and we easily move it around ...we love to have movie nights out on the deck! Excellent!

    I like the TV. I like the fact it has all the apps I use. I am not a fan of the interface. Some things are hard to navigate.
