This purchase was to replace an Insignia tv that went out in less than a year. It was so easy to set up and connect to the internet. Steaming Sling is perfect!

Piece of crap & customer service exasperation.

It’s the second one as the first one had the same sound issues. I’m Probably past time to exchange this TV for a new, better TV brand and will have to live with it until it dies…or I throw it off the balcony. Why haven’t I exchanged it for a better TV? Working through the Best Buy Geek Squad customer service labyrinth to exchange the first model was sheer exasperation and left me with pages of notebook pages. No, I’m not a curmudgeon. I’m one of the easiest persons to get along with but have my limits.
