    I have a history of purchasing Samsung TV's and being satisfied with the quality. This TV was a huge disappointment. The stand was defective and the TV kept tipping forward no matter how tight the screws were. This is going back later today. The quality seems to have diminished and I will have to consider a different brand moving forward.

    The stand for this tv is a joke! Hard to install the stand. For this reason alone I would never purchase it again.

    Open box, was totally dirty when I opened, turned it on and has a continuous buzzing sound for about 5 min. Horrible service on who ever checked it out b4 reselling it.

    So far, so good, but I am hesitant to be too optimistic . . . I bought a new LG TV from Best Buy in June that lasted 7 months and after a series of very unsatisfactory dealings with their customer service - that TV landed in the waste management dumpster when I bought this Samsung.
