    Woke up this morning and my one-week-old tv wouldn't turn on. The manual was no help. Went online for support. Nothing helped. Went to chat. Slower than other chats I've done. Solution was simple: power-recycle. Why wasn't this option on the support page? Otherwise, the tv is fine, but this was a major annoyance.
