Remote freezes

Remote freezes, tv will not respond and then when it does the tv keeps shutting down and turning on over and over? Called samsung and they had me do the usual, unplug tv, update and reset. None of which solved the problem! So now tomorrow i have to pull the tv off the wall pull out all the cables rebox and return. Don't believe i will get another Samsung as this is my second Samsung from BB that had problems in the last 2 years... disappointing does not begin to describe how i feel !!

Since ive bought it nothing but issues, sound goes out. Remote stops working then starts working. The tv lags and is slow. I will never purchase another samsung tv again.

Good luck with wi-fi

Numerous "fixes" suggested by customer service, which I'd already made, were of no help. The TV worked for a day, and the next day I had to do a hard reset. I put up with it for nearly a week before I finally surrendered. The only good thing about this TV was the picture. I returned it to Best Buy and bought their house brand, Insignia. No problems with it. Picture quality not as good as Samsung's, but it works reliably.
