    I have been very dissatisfied with this TV. The first one developed a picture problem apron day three. I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Samsung while they tried to diagnose and correct the problem. After failing, they said they would need to send a technician out, and would have one available in a couple of weeks. I responded that I would return the set to Best Buy and get another. It did this and set up the new set. It worked fine for two weeks. The remote failed. Samsung said the would send a new one. The are RUSHING it to me. It should be here in about 2 weeks. Next time I will by LG or Sony, two brands that have perfowell fo me in the past.
