Broken TV delivered to my home with no recourse!

I took it to best buy store in Rockaway NJ and they said since it's been 18 days, and not 14 there is nothing they could do for me. They suggested contacting Samsung who also said they can do nothing, just go to a local store. I am now stuck with a broken tv, the minute I pulled it out of the box. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I have bought many TV"S from Best Buy but will never return. NEVER NEVER BUY A TV FROM BEST BUY.
