Horrible television. Older shows are full of pixels. Sound goes off for no reason sometimes, ive checked all connections. Then once, i turned it on and volume was stuck at top! Put volume button down to 0, but tv still screaming. Nothing changed with cable vs. Firestick, so tv is the problem. I missed return date by 6 days because i had to go out of town, sucks to be me

Great for small room. We found that the sound quality was a little deficient.

Great picture but the sound level is not good. I keep needing to increase the sound as I’m watching. Then at times I need to decrease the sound again.

HAD SOME PROBLEMS TO START BUT RUNNING FINE NOW.Had to get use to the new programs

Hate this TV. Takes forever to get to the channel I want. The numbers on the remote do not work. Would NEVER buy another smart TV. The remote is not user friendly.

This TV has added value to my streaming video/audio subscriptions, I'm able now just by turning this TV on, watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, CBS All Access, as well as listen to my Sirius/XM channels.

Good quality for a smaller TV. Works great for a bathroom or kitchen. Small bedroom possibly. Speakers are not that great definitely recommend a soundbar.

Do not like the two stands....would be better for me if single stand.

Not impressed, after the 2-year warranty runs out, all of a sudden, I'm having problems with it. TV is slow to respond to commands from remote, if it even responds at all. Sometimes the TV has to be shut off, and then turned back on to get it to respond again. I went in and reset the TV back to default, no help there it seems, still struggles to respond to remote, and yes, the remote has new batteries.

Good TV for small bedroom. High price for a 32 inch model.

Bought this for the kids room and it's great value for the price.

Bought this for my mom and when she would turn it on, it would shut off. She would turn it on and it would shut off again. She could finally get it to work and the next day, the same thing would happen. This problem did not occur right after we bought it- it took a few weeks but thankfully Best Buy exchanged it for another tv since we bought the protection plan!
