Great picture, sound iffy

Sometimes I have to have the sound almost all the way up, and sometimes I have to turn it way down. I thought that sound was now adaptive, but apparently not.

Colors on screen - dull. Sony - better?

No bright color - pale tan, green, yellow - but nothing bright. Very disappointed and do not know how to correct, if that is possible. Don't know who to contact to help with this.

Does what I want it to

I hate this TV

It randomly turns on in the middle of the night (very creepy), of all the TV I've owned this one sucks the most and I'm a Samsung junkie, got the phone, fitness tracker... I really wish I hadn't given away my non smart TV for this. It's a dud, don't go there.
