I returned my first tv because I had a hard time turning on with remote. Once on it was hard to turn off. Power sensor is underneath bottom of tv so seems to make it hard to connect. Got a 2nd one & it does same thing but is better than 1st.

I probably should have bought a less expensive tv.

I didn’t realize the difference of picture quality between an HD/Smart tv and a 4K. Plus the price difference either. They main thing is the Sound. Have to have high just to hear.

I unpackaged this TV and put it in a suitcase. Took it to Tobago where I spend the winters. It’s great, clear and survived the baggage handlers at three airports.

Forced to watch SAMSUNG channel every time I turn it on.....on a product that i am supposed to own? Why am i forced to watch Samsung TV? Tried to remove it and it goes back. OS as usual is so slow you can feel it up loading my usage to Samsung. The price is the only good. Nothing else.

Not worth the money. Speakers just too weak to hear. Maybe Samsung expected additional purchase of a soundbar. No thanks. I took it back and found a TCL that met all my needs at about half the price.

Love the ease of setup the clarity and sound also able to use external antenna

Very high quality, plenty of storage, and the picture is perfect for the room.

We were greatly disappointed to find Sony no longer makes/sells 32” or 34” TVs to replace the one in the kitchen. Honestly, I hate this TV. In order to see the screen images, you have to sit square in the middle of the screen, unlike the Sony. If there is any light on the screen coming from windows or lightbulbs, it’s impossible to see vividly. So this TV has become as a radio instead. I wish we had purchased a bigger Sony instead of this TV.

I needed a small TV to fit a certain size box in some furniture. This TV fit fine and has most of the same great apos and OS as my larger 8000 series Samsung.

Bought this for a present. It was broke when my son opened it. Returned to store and they replaced with a new one. My son set up the new one and it is amazing!

Needed a TV for a small breakfast room with big windows and lots of light. The TV was perfect for this environment. Image was bright and TV was easy to set up.

This TV has an excellent picture and can be set up to meet individual taste.

Terrible quality picture. I got this to double as a second monitor. I mounted it on the wall above the treadmill and make a walking desk. The lag is awful. Design of the ports is irritating. The wall mount actually covers up some of the ports. What I hate the MOST is that it came with an old remote. I have 2 other Samsung Smart TVs and they have the new small remotes. I expected that with this. Nope. It has a big remote with tons of buttons that do nothing. I hate this TV and would not recommend to anyone for any purpose.

Only had the tv 20 days which is 5 days past return, or it would go back. The sound suddenly goes as high as possible, and then the sound is garbled. I did find a somewhat solution on the internet. By unplugging from the wall for a few minutes I was able to restore normal sound. But I shouldn't need to be afraid of waking up the whole house with a very loud sound just because I want to check the weather before I go to the gym in the morning.

Remote/Remote sensor stops working and TV need's to be unplugged and the repluged in to start working again. When this happens the button on the bottom of the Sensor does not work either!
