Good value for the price and great picture resolution

Great picture, BUT: You can only use the pre-installed apps. If you wish to add an app that isn't pre-installed, "forget about it!" This so called Smart TV has no extra 'space' for any apps not already listed. Plus, you cannot delete apps you don't want, to free up space either! That really sucks!! No Paramount+ and no FOX Nation available as an example.

We had to return 2 of these TVs to Best Buy’s. The first had a distorted picture (a “shadow” in the lower right corner.) and the optical audio malfunctioned occasionally: garbled sound, requiring restarting the TV. The second TV had the same problem with the optical audio signal and sometimes would not turn on with the remote requiring to either manually turn it on or unplugging it to reset. I had always considered Samsung to be one of the best brands. A Samsung was the first HD TV I purchased more than 10 years ago which is still working fine. So this experience was very disappointing. We finally bought a Visio to replaced the failed Samsungs.

Was easy to set up and works great with no problems

Great little tv for the kitchen that has the same quality picture as the bigger more watched tvs in the house.

Most of the positive reviews were probably done before 1 year warranty expired. My TV was manufactured Dec 2021. Now it is garbage. Black screen with sound. Its called Samsung black screen of death. There is a consumer affairs website with over 4500 negative review of Samsung televisions. Do not risk it, Samsung does NOT stand by their products. They will give you the option to pay for repair. This is the first time in 35 years of purchasing television where I had to replace one because it stopped working in 15 months. Usually, I am just upgrading my TV. I will not give Samsung another chance to waste my money.

I have one and purchased a second. Great picture . A bit pricey though.

Granted i got this tv with a package deal with our 75", but i figured it would be a good 1st tv for our daughter for Christmas for her room. Picture and functions are fine, but the speaker sounds like its blown after 3 hours of movie watching. Very disappointing. Guess we need to search for another new tv. What a Christmas

good buy for the $. Tedious to set up and assemble

Very easy to set up. Does need a more detailed manual for its features.

Excellent value television for a spare bedroom; easy to set up and use

BB visited my home 4 times...2 were Geek Squad and 2 were contractors. All of these people were excellent: professional, extremely competent, efficient, patient, and exceptional communicators. The store visit was more like trying to buy a car. I was saddled with $800 of gear when I just wanted a TV and DVD player. The TV and player were from different vendors, so the controllers do not function together. The TV sound was TERRIBLE and I had to replace it with another TV that we could hear. BB should improve the purchase process so we customers leave with functional systems. I will not be using BB again.

Stand is flimsy and cheap. TV fell due to the lack of support of stand, cost to repair was more than cost of TV. Very disappointed as I normally choose Samsung over other brands.

Great TV work's perfectly. Good picture and no problem setting it up.

Picture quality is comparable to an old vhs tape. There is also a delay in remote response

It took 3 calls with Samsung customer service in order to get the power cord which had been missing from the shipment. Once it arrived the T.V. worked fine.

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits all my needs. Easy to operate.

Got for the bedroom, as soon as we saw it we could tell it was too small. Went to a 40 inch screen and returned this one. Got another Samsung which I really like. I would recommend for the right spot in your house.
