Excellent, sleek design, well mounted and good images and sound.

Unit seems great when it is responding. We have had several times when it would not turn on either with the remote control or the controls on the unit itself.About the time we were going to call about this,it would start working again.

Purchased for installation in my bedroom. Perfect for my needs.

Had it for a week now and am starting to have issues with online services and t.v. failing to respond to remote and power button. Not sure if it is due to poor internet or just software issues

After using this tv for a little over a month, the screen goes black within about a minute after turning it on. I have been dealing with the warranty company that Samsung works with (Ussi Global) for a week now and they still haven't set an appointment to look at it. I called them to find out what was going on and was told an email was sent to the tech and he has 7 days to respond. When he does respond it can take 14 days to get the parts. I said sounds like it could be a month before the tv is fixed. The rep. said easily a month or more.

Did not have app for streaming service I subscribed to. Only.had one port, so could not accomodate my older cable box and my stand alone DVD player.

Wish I would have gotten another brand. Just do not like the lay out of Samsung and the remote is the worst. Might return!

Worst sound of any tv I have ever owned! This was my first Samsung and I was so excited! Right after I bought I had an accidental fall and couldn’t unbox it for almost 6 weeks. But I really wasn’t worried because it’s a Samsung, right?!? Now I am out the cost of this awful tv because it’s no longer returnable. Don’t do it! It’s awful! Sound is not adjustable and is not consistent. Really bad speakers. Will go back to Insignia as soon as I can rationalize the money lost.

COLOR COULD BE RICHER. BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE COULD BE CRISPER.

Great set up but the speakers appear to have issues. Have the telly has been on for a while there is static. I cked the satellite against fire TV and the problem is consistent. Will exchange this one...Could just be a bad apple

This is a mediocre TV, which is reflected in the price. Also, why they did not include Bluetooth in the TV is beyond me.
