Samsung TVs are good except for the sound. They're hard too hear and you have to turn the volume up really high sometimes. I suggest you add a surround sound system in order too be able too really enjoy your TV the way one should

My review is mainly based on the design of this TV. The feet that were designed to support the TV is not ergonomically sound, and thereby making the TV to tip over very easily. The TV is very light in weight and needs to have a middle base of support along with the right and left lateral base of support. This way the TV will not tip over so easily upon physical movements.

Works like a charm! It's a perfect fit for my office space.

Expect for what you pay for. Although its not the greatest, it doe its job very well. Smart TV.

Solid budget tv. Put into an RV and the picture quality and size is what we were looking for.

I will never order from Best Buy again. I ordered this on Dec 27th for delivery within about a week and not only did it never arrive, the store people say "there is nothing we can do for you". So do yourself a favor and order from Amazon, because there are no options in the app, on the website, and no Addis in the brick and mortar. I'd give this a zero of I could. Not the TV, don't know about that, but certainly for the Best Buy commitment to making things right.

Samsung has deployed a software update that is causing erratic issues.

Picture and color not as crisp and sharp as our two larger Samsungs

Totally thrilled with my new Samsung 32" 1080p TV! Picture is clear and color is vibrant. Already purchased a larger TV for my living room.

This tv will not stay connected to Wi-Fi for streamlining such as netflix. Every day of two have to re-setup Wi-Fi to use. This seems to be a known problem that Samsung has not chosen to fix.

Remote did not work from day 1 Called but customer service was not good

Oops smaller than the 32 in tv it replaced. Sound quality is rather high pitched. Tried to equalize it. Still in the higher range.

I purchased and didn't use it because I returned it for another brand. I have a Samsung in my bedroom and I absolutely love it! I am still discovering all the channels exclusive to the Samsung TV.
