I purchased the TV as an open box item. The screen was cracked so I cannot speak to the quality of the TV.

The TV picture goes beyond the edge of the screen...cuts off graphics and people. Hard to navigate without a tutorial. Remote stopped responding to on/off and volume

Bought this to replace a 10 year old samsung 32" non-smart TV, to be able to get netflix etc.. Samsung must be skimping on the lower-end models these days. No matter how it was adjusted, I could not get this TV to look or sound anwhere near as good as the old 32" Samsung, which in its day was a high end 720p unit. Returned it and got a Roku instead. Buy at least a 4k.

The sound is starting to mess up on it now. Wish I didn’t get it now.

This smart TV has a nice picture and was easy to set up. The sound is adequate, but is improved with a Samsung soundbar.

For a 32 inch tv this serves it's purpose for my guest room. It's ample size is perfect and the sharpness is awesome.

Very disappointed with this tv. Mostly the pictures are not sharp and even over exposed. Something is just not right. I would have returned if not for the hassles of returning.

Remote is confusing. Does not turn off completely all the time.

It's ok for tv but I wanted to also use it as an external monitor for my Macbook Pro 13 inch. So I returned this and bought the Samsung - 32" Class Q50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart TV

I’m unable to connect to the Direct TV box with the extension provided! Still waiting for Direct TV to assist,

Does not work after several tries and pauses for up to a minute or so when only the number 3 channel is selected, that being the only channel that does work.

I like my older tv better. Picture and sound were better. Had to buy a sound bar because it sounds like it coming out of a tin can.

Very poor experience with Best Buy.Was promised management follow up.It never happened.Have spent many dollars with your company.Your treatment of a good customer is inexcusable.

Picture quality ok, but sound randomly stopped working one night. Had to unplug TV and cable box for it to clear and fix the sound.

PICTURE IS WONDERFUL. CLEAR AND CRISP. BAD FEATURE OF HAVING TO TURN ON AND OFF. SOMETIMES I HAVE PROBLEMS TRYING TO TO ON. ON THE FENCE RECOMMENDING THIS

It's a nice TV for a small space. Only issue i have with it is assembly.

Has a great picture quality and sound. The connection to the wifi was easy and picks up all the apps great.

This TV sucks. Does not have bluetooth. Does not have a jack in the back for private listening. Could not install Paramount. It got returned within 5 days of purchase.

Great smaller tv for my bedroom. Very easy to hook up. Love that the sleep timer button is on the remote.

Hard to program and get Xfinity/comcast on this TV!! Frustrating to use the remote! I need 2 remotes to work this TV! If you set the timer, you need to reset every time!
