Love the size of Tv and its brightness. Image could be sharper. May be wise to shop around before purchasing.

I seriously can’t say anything good about Best Buy customer service. First tv was broken when picked up. They ordered me a new one and that one never showed up. UPS received empty box upon terminal receiving. Ooh, so sick of no one being able to help me with getting my order or money back.

TV stand was very difficult to assemble as the hardware was not good. TV is leaning forward instead of upright!

The TV picture quality is good but the power cord doesn’t stay connected and is constantly falling out. Definitely not worth the money.

The t.v is working fine for our business counter area and showroom. Very disappointed with ordering the t.v. over the telephone from Best Buy. The agent for Best Buy promised to have the T.V. delivered and installed the same day that I ordered it from Best Buy. The t.v. arrived but Best Buy did not install it. The delivery person for Best Buy said they were a subcontractor and they do not install. Our business will not order anything over the telephone from Best Buy ever again.

Not the best tv I have bought, but it works for the gym. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Paid for a new TV but it was missing half the cords that should have come with it. It may have been an open box situation. Plus it smelled absolutely awful from strong chemicals. I returned it.

This is an upgrade from a previous 32inch model. Great picture and a price that is really affordable!

This would be a great TV EXCEPT - NO AUDIO OUTPUT. We had hoped to use a bluetooth transmitter with it but, NO AUDIO OUTPUT. We even discussed with the salesperson the problem caused by plugging and unplugging the bluetooth transmitter so we could listen with the speakers when desired. I don't think she even knew it had NO AUDIO OUTPUT. Why????? Every other TV I've ever owned had and audio output, but this thing has NO AUDIO OUTPUT. SHAME ON YOU!

Picture's nice, sound is good, and it's probably a capable "smart" TV, But if you think it's going to behave like a traditional antenna TV, think again. I don't need ANY of its smart features, yet it routinely displays a "setup" screen that needs to be clicked out of. It happens whenever any function is exited, and it doesn't turn off on its own, and I can't find a way to permanently bypass it. Also, channel setup took a while to sort out. Apparently you can delete certain channels by creating a Favorites list without them. It's a one-time setup, but still more complicated than any of my other 5 newish TVs. This TV is only okay, I definitely don't love it. The recurring setup screen thing in particular is driving me crazy after only a few hours since unboxing the TV for Christmas.

Picked up a new bedroom TV but turns out it does not have a headphone option only TOS so it cost me $67.00 to hookup my wired headphones after the after market adapter I had to purchase!

It was easy and practical to set up. Beautiful colors and blends well with my home office set up.

Good TV but I couldn’t get my security cameras to hook up to them so I had to trade it in for an upgraded model.

I bought this tv for a bedroom and when I put the legs on they don’t actually keep the tv upright it wobbles terribly and is constantly at risk of falling forward I bought this at the end of January 2025 and it’s the end of March 2025 and the speakers have just failed. So this television lasted 2 months. Terrible quality. Don’t waste your money

The volume becomes distorted after the tv has played for a while.

This is a great size for our location. We put it on a movable stand. Works great and is mobile.

The legs of the tv would not install right and regardless of how tight the screws were the legs were wobblily making the tv unsteady. After setting the tv up the picture was too muted. In the bedroom the picture was hard to watch because the picture seemed too dark. My wife and I were both disappointed in the tv. We took it back and purchased a Vizio 1080p instead.

In my 3rd one I've had Samsung TVs and never had promlems this one is my 3rd and still I'm having issue TV want turn on or off the screen locks up the remote doesn't work, the sound goes out it's been nothing but promlems I even got my 3rd one from a different lot and still same issue. This model is clearly a lemon very dissatisfied

Nothing fancy, nice little TV. Can probably find a better deal. Was a quick Christmas Pressent and screen broke really quickly....
