This has no voice activated assistant. The remote is VERY complicated to use. I am very disappointed and will get rid of this and get something with Alexa assistant or a similar assistant. I called Samsung and they said no universal remote will work with it. Amazon Fire Stick will not work with it. My older TV was 100% better.

Picture quality and sound vary greatly channel to channel. Unable to set up "Smart" features because during set-up, it requires wi-fi password, but set-up times out before full password can be entered EVERY TIME.

I ended up returning this tv. Was too small for the large bedroom I bought it for. To Best Buys credit, the return process was very easy

it has a great picture and on the sleep mode turns off blueray players and sound bar nice

Was not sure of brand name but it certainly does everything that I need. Picture is great.

The TV had an intermittent fault so I had to have it sent away for repair. I am not at all happy with my new TV nor with the lack of information from the Geek Squad.

Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that it's so easy to use once I connected it with my phone, but the picture quality leaves something to be desired.

This tv is the worst. It freezes every time I use it and update did not fix. Now I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come on. I have only had the television for a month and a half, I have sent 2 emails to different departments at Samsung and I am still getting the run around to send more emails to different departments. I just want it fixed or replaced.

Had unacceptable tech support problems for my brand new Samsung TV. Returned it for a refund.

The Samsung TV is Inexpensive with a good picture but this TV has poor sound.m quality.

Everything is great except for the speakers if you keep them at high volume for a couple of minutes it stops working until u turn it off and back on

Cheap, plastic TV housing and material. Flimsy, unstable stands. I'm always concerned that the TV will fall over and break on any given day. Also, the TV screen surface gets scratched very easily. The screen's color quality is good. The audio quality is very good. It was hard for me to get this TV set up. The written instructions were not easy to follow. Fortunately, I called Samsung's customer service line and someone answered within minutes.

Great picture and perfect size for bedroom. Can’t beat the price for this quality.

Gave it 3 stars, might go up since still getting used to it. Was hoping for more basic (simple) control.

It automatically goes to its tv channel news when you turn on. Also incompatible with many apps such as Fubo. I had to go to my Vizio tv to record shows.

A bit of a challenge to set up. Instructions should be more comprehensive/thorough and clearer. Suitable TV for home office or study. Display is good.

I almost returned the TV. The sound was all the way up and I could barely hear it. I optimized the sound and it's better, but the sound quality is poor.

Horrid network connection. About every 3rd time I turn it on, it has lost the wifi connection. To fix it, I have to unplug it for about a minute and plug it back in. None of my other TV's do this. Don't buy it.
