The problem here is that I've been asked to review the 32" LED 2160 Samsung smart tv which I originally purchased... but, I had barely set the tv up when I saw that Best Buy also had a 43" 4k Samsung smart tv for just a few dollars more. Within the first 2 days, I had exchanged the smaller tv for the larger, higher resolution model. Therefore, I can't say a lot about the 32" tv, but I'm extremely satisfied with my 43" 4k Samsung 6 Series tv.

Ordered this TV in December. It is now early March and no picture. The TV cycles through on and off, works for less than a minute then picture turns to fuzzy lines/static, and makes a high pitched squealing noise, then proceeds to again cycle through on/off. Went through all steps to correct (software is up to date, reset factory settings, etc.). Spoke to Samsung customer service and agent told me to do everything I already did. Complete waste of money. Do not buy.

We've had it for a year and the sound is already failing

TV already went blank and would not turn back on. Had to unplug TV and hold power button for 30sec to reset it and power up.

I read the reviews before buying it and someone did mention that the sound was weak but because my son's room isn't humongous I thought it would be fine. There is no depth to the sound at all. The other thing I wasn't impressed with was the strength of the wifi receiver. We lose connectivity often and when you bring other devices to that area they carry full bars on the wifi, so it's definitely the TV.

The TV is very easy and simple for elderly to use or for anyone.

Sound but blank screen Remote doesn't respond trying to get to Settings. Says input, yet HDMI is attached AVOID

This was the second of these tv’s I bought. The first didn’t turn on and off some of the time. The only option was unplugging it. Many have complained online. I wish I had read before buying it. So I brought the first one back. They gave me another one but it had the exact same problem. I’m not sure how Samsung can continue to sell this tv.

Sometimes when I turn the TV on it doesn’t connect to the internet as it should. Fits perfectly in the kitchen.

tv support legs would not tighten. Screws seem to be too long. there fore legs are wobbly. Unstable/weak

This is a good tv if you want basics in a small room. The visuals are cleaner and more vibrant on models that are steps above.

Easy to set up. Picture is excellent. Great small bedroom tv.

I cannot comment on the quality of the TV because we could NOT even get the legs screwed in. I’m not sure if they supply the wrong screws or the holes aren’t big enough, but no one wants a wobbly falling over. What a waste.

IMHO this tv is mediocre and expensive for the price. I would buy a TV of this size elsewhere. Too expensive.

did exactly what i bought it for and the picture is perfect.

I had a prior Samsung that fell and I was attempting to replace it. This new one has a very annoying program that I cannot delete. Sometimes I cannot access my regular channels without lots of clicking. If I knew this was the case I never would have purchased this product.

have it for 4 day before it wouldn't turn on. I chatted with Samsung on line had to unplug it and plugged back in for it to turn on. I ask why and they said it a static electricity problem. So lets see 4 days old and this happened. I looked closer in the reviews and found a few people had the same issue. So I will be bring it back. all in all the TV was nice but not what I expected unplug an plug in to use

Worked for 2 years and 2 months, now will not turn on when plugged in and Samsung wants about $130 to repair it. Bought May 2020, stopped working July 2022.

A good tv! Crisp colors and very light! My sister loves it!
