Do not care for the support legs. Somewhat unstable. Speakers leave a lot to be desired.

This tv has had a problem with staying connected to the internet since I got it. Now three months after buying it, it will not turn on. When it works properly it’s great, but having to unplug it every 3-4 days so it will reconnect to the internet is beyond annoying.

I was looking for a tv that have great bright and when I ask they say this is great but is not bright at all and now I can’t return because all this situation This is the first time I make a complaint on anything I buy in Best Buy they was great always but I think they was trying to empty the shelf from old models and that is why the offer this to me.

On 5/9/2024 i order this TV. It was next day delivery on 5/10/2024. That when BEST BUY sends a e-mail there is a delay it will be 5/24/2024. On 5/13/2024 i called to cancel the order. they said to late we got you. From 5/10/2024 to now i can order the tv for next day delivery or ready in one hour pickup. This is all at Harahan store in Louisiana

I have owned several Samsung tv`s over the years but this model is a piece of crap! Especially if you stream your tv. It forced me to log in to Sling about every third time I try to open the app and while typing in my info it would just revert to the antenna,over and over. It is now on the floor in about 20 pieces. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

the audio outputs are vary limited no simple jack out just fiber outs that is all

Sound is horrible on this. Returned and went with the better model

when you add apps they are a little hard to find at times otherwise it has been very good

Resolution was too dark. And hard to set up. It take time for start up and registration.

Set up in the garage for occasional use. Light reflects on the screen.

Excellent product in most respects, but frequently it wouldn't turn on without removing all cables and then re-inserting them. In other words, had to reboot the TV. After doing this several times, we returned the TV. Obviously, we would not recommend this particular TV, but it's probably just a defect in this one and not typical for the model as a whole.

Overall good tv for a good price. Would recommend for a smaller room due to the lack of sound from the tv.

Frustrating. More complicated than it needs to be.

This thing is loaded with tons of bloatware that cannot be deleted. You will be watching the Samsung Network whether you like it or not. Not user friendly at all. Bought this specifically to mirror my pc due to sight imparment. Casting from a PC is nearly impossible even though I specifically told the associate my needs.

The TV works great but you have to adjust the color picture in settings.

Paid more because of the brand name. Not so sure it was worth it. Maybe because of the size???

Overall it's a nice tv, however, this is our 3rd try on this tv. The first 2 had sound issues.
