Picture okay. Sound quality okay. Overall would not purchase this product again.

Sound randomly sounds like it is coming from the bottom of a trash can. Sometimes the sound blasts so loud when you turn it on that it hurts your ears. The only way to fix it is to unplug it and plug it back in. Samsung tech support is useless. I’ll never buy anything Samsung again.

Still have to set up Geek appointment. Feeling overwhelmed by the products.

I bought this TV to double as a computer monitor. It has nice apps and connects well so as a TV it's probably fine. as a pc monitor, it's slightly better than complete garbage. does not display green correctly ever! Then if you leave it on too long it gives everything a purple tinge, which goes away if you restart it. anyways overall not impressed at all.

The screen turns darker after a few minutes. Cannot adjust to fix.

Need to have a oval base for cabinets that are not very wide. Channel selection could be better.

I returned this produce for a larger tv; therefore, I cannot review.

I've been having problems with my sound it is hooked up to my DirecTV. When I turn it on it is Hi blurry sound on Loudest volume. I have to unplug it to reset the volume. Don't know why it's doing this.

This is absolutely the worst tv I’ve ever owned. Such a piece of junk had so many problems with it I wish I would have never even bought it. Network connectivity problems, many problems with the apps and the sound is horrible too. Have to restart it quite often to even be able to watch something. Stay far away!

Decent TV for the kitchen. Nothing special. Replaced a smaller TV.

The TV is sub-par. The picture is not acceptable clear and bright, the remote control is finicky and it doesn't stream consistently. At odd times it changes programs. It refuses to load Discovery Plus. Grossly disappointing.

Already said. This item is a waste of time and money, unless you can talk to and understand people in INDIA!

This TV is absolutely a nightmare to get set up!!!

I am so frustrated with this product. Constantly locks up and won’t turn on. When I go to support options in the app it shows no products. Will not buy Samsung again and probably will stop shopping at Best Buy. Service has went downhill terribly, assistance in stores is horrible now, I need customer service and not a college kid with a mental cheat sheet.

The picture is excellent. The sound could be better.

Great size and quality. Perfect for a small bedroom.
