very good smaller tv works well as computer monitor

Needed a good TV for the bedroom that not costly --because we really don't watch tv until bedtime and early in the morning -- Glad I got this TV because it connects to the phone for Youtube video easy, and fast. This was a good buy ($$) in my book.......

Bought this Samsung to be monitor/TV, but had to return due to buggy TV OS.

When opening the TV there were a series of items I needed to complete before the TV would function. Some of the instructions I found confusing so getting the TV was frustrating and took too long.

Nice TV for a Christmas gift. Needed a TV that was in stock and could be picked up curbside. Curbside order was filled quickly with no problems.

Sale representative recommendation obsolete device.

Not a great HD picture. But not a bad product considering the price

There are some good programming options but the screen definition is no very good.

Aside for only using it every now and then, it suddenly went dark, but the sound was still working. I will by another one now and hoping for more longevity.

This must be an older set and does not display all of the streaming options as the 43" and 55" Samsung TV sets just purchased in October.

Purchase this television for my daughter room and I don’t regret it, she loves it. The only negative thing is that after a month or so the Samsung would not connect to WiFi. After calling tech support at Samsung they were able to talk me thru resetting and the problem hasn’t returned yet. Great TV for the price.

I ended up returning this tv shortly after purchase. The picture has what I would call ghosting or pixelation. The only way I could minimize this was to use the setting with the lowest light output and then the picture was ok. Unfortunately at this setting in my situation it was too dark to watch.

After owning this TV for just shy of 3 months the Wi-Fi adapter went out. We didn’t think this brand of TV would need a service contract but we were wrong. Now we are out $200+ unless we pay to diagnose and repair or make another attempt to contact Samsung.

When you view this TV from either left or right side angle, the image is totally washed out.

I was shipped a tv that could not be used do to missing parts. Tried to return it and couldnt get best buy to come pick it up couldn't get a return label couldn't get the parts and couldn't call the store as the stores no longer take there own calls horrible customer service. Worst i have ever.

speakers isnt the best. sound up tp 100 percent and not loud

It was a guest BR TV. Only used once so far. It fits the bill. The staff at Best Buy was helpful finding the right size for the room.

I will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again! I paid full price and they gave me a floor model TV covered in fingerprints with nothing else inside the box. No cables, remote, or owner’s manual. I want a full refund, and I will make my purchase elsewhere. Horrible experience!

Good quality screen but the stands are a little unstable.

After 3 months mounted on the wall and working fine the speaker started blaring loud and distorted. Of course, the one time I didn't get a protection plan.
