Very pleased with this purchase. I replaced a low end TV in my RV. I’m out west and surprisingly I can pick up like 6 more channels with this model. The other one I could pick up 1. Very pleased.

Sometimes when I turn TV on, I get only sound no picture. Othertimes TV will not turn on at all and I have to unplug and replug. Geek squad advised to update. No update available. I'll be returning

This is not a smart T.V. It is a stupid T.V. I will buy a Vizio in the near future. The black background of a show gets fuzy and not clear. Shuts down for no reason. Have to unplug then restart frequently.

Was missing my power code and remote, will never use Bedt buy again

I hate this TV. It is the worst one I have ever had…I have had issues with syncing the audio and video and apparently, it’s just the way it is with any Samsung tv. It also doesn’t work with the FireTV stick. I have to continually reboot my Fire stick. I have NEVER had this issue with an LG or Vizio. Do not buy these TVs if you don’t want to get frustrated every time you turn on your TV.

Was told TV was refurbished and checked. They must have been blind as the frame had many scratches some deep as well as imperfections on the screen. I took it home and did not check it right away. Store was closed and I had to leave early the next day for NYC. I was unable to return it right away which it merited.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED ANYTIME SOON. WEBSITE INDICATES NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT HOURS AFTER ORDERING ANOTHER EMAIL INDICATING DELAY....FOR TWO WEEKS. AND YOU CANNOT EVEN CANCEL THE ORDER. WHAT RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH BEST BUY

Television feels like a bent piece of plastic. Not sure why Samsung cannot make a flat TV that does not need mushroom spacers. The Smart Hub is invasive even after turning off smart features. I miss dumb TV's a lot in custom installs....

This TV has had intermittent issues since the first month that I purchased it. Sometimes it will not power on from the Standby mode, other times it has sound but no picture. The only way to get the TV to work from these failing states is to pull the AC power for a few seconds and then plug it back in. The TV reboots and runs fine for several days without issues. I have searched the Samsung troubleshooting FAQs, the internet and even uploaded the latest Firmware update but have not found a permanent solution.

My house is filled with Samsung TVs. Everyone said LG is the new way to go. I stuck with Samsung. This is a fall asleep bedroom tv. Barely have the volume past 7 and the speakers blew out. Only tv this has ever happened to. 30 days old.

Always a great purchase. Item in question worked as described with no complications to note.

picture was ok. only has 2 hdmi. shared rca. no audio out through rca jacks. you cant use a swing hanger cause it blocks half the inputs so the inputs are useless. no buttons on the tv. if the remote ever goes bad you wont be able to access the tv. so i returned it

Sad Best Buy selling 6 year old tv’s as new. Salesperson said can’t put tech in that small 32” tv!!! Uh they do with phones. Phones sure don’t use 720!! They were not honest enuf to tell me what I was buying. Found out thru support for tv

Best Buy stinks for there 15 day crap return policies. Now I know why they need to close up and go out of business! They screw the customers pay good money and change prices so you can't get the difference. So sad done with them.

Seemed fine to start. A little over a month old and the sound/speakers are all messed up. Need to return it.

Well, the salesman told my wife and I that we were purchasing a "replacement" warranty. The joke is on us. The Geek person looked at my account and first said he didn't see a warranty at all. Then I produced the receipt, and he "found" it. The they said I didn't have a replacement warranty since there was no R beside the number. When I asked what the price difference would have been he said it doesn't matter at this point. Well, it's going to matter a lot to Amazon when they get my business.

They sent me a floor item but I was not told until it arrived. The screws for the stand were missing. The tv was damaged, but they did give me a fast refund after I returned via UPS at their cost. Poor job for shipping it to me in used and damaged condition.

I guess I should have read the description better. I assumed a smart TV and high resolution would automatically include blue tooth for using head phones.
