What a bad Samsung experience. TV would not turn on and even at some point would not tun off. Had to unplug it and let is set for a while then it was good for a few days and then same thing over again. It appears this happen with this TV per other reviews. Had several contacts with Samsung even had to take it to Cedar Rapids IA to get it fixed even made it worse. Finally climbed the Samsung cooperate ladder high enough got them to give us a in store best buy credit but it was extremely painful!!!

This is a great gift for Christmas. I got it for my aunt

My old credit card didn't work because not used recently, had to destroy it. Used bank card instead, not a problem, but stressful. Had to schedule three times before someone actually came to install tv. Was told two diffirent times of installation. No one called to cancel as we waited by the phone both days. Third time was a charm. Beautiful installation, both guys were well knowledable.

I have yet to be able to go into the room with this TV, after nearly 2 months, due to the "extreme" chemical smell. Looking online I now see this is a common issue. I would have returned the TV if it were not for your restock fee. I kept hoping the problem would get better. So far it is still bad.

Bad sound started out fine but three days later the sound went crazy and then just was horrible.

I actually bought 2 of these TVs and had the same problem with both of them. The set wouldn't turn on unless you unplugged it from the power and plugged it back in. Samsung said they never heard of this problem.

As always Samsung makes great TV’s. I have 3 of them.

I bought this tv and had it delivered to my home because they did not have any in stock at the store. It was delivered overnight and I was happy. However, I was not even able to set it properly because there was a black screen with gray lines going up and down on the screen. It was obv damaged in Transport. I will be returning it tomorrow and finding another tv. This time I will pick it up.

Hard to connect Playstation. Unable to save my devices.

Very disappointed in the third party. I miss the Geek Squad. My husband had to call Samsung to set the TV up when they got here. They couldn't figure out the wireless connection either and he had to call ATT. He did the work and they took all the credit.

Really Really like the television and the brand name

This TV was purchased as an open box item. After a few days of use it has had several black screen issues requiring a reset of the unit to be able to turn it on.

When I plugged this small flat screen and connected it my Xfinity connection I got requests to download apps. Didn't know how and got assistance from a younger more knowledgable person. She worked with it for about 1 hour and determined set couldn't get local tv channels. Old Samsung could.

Did not find out that this was a 2018 model until after I checked out and tried to cancel but was not successful.switch and bait they call it.picture sucks.

Picture quit working after 4.5 months. We’ll see how good Samsung’s warranty is

The instructions, could have been A LOT clearer. however one call to the GEEK SQUAD I was enjoying my new Samsung Smart TV.

bought this tv for my son to take to college, it didnt get all the channels so when he came home for Christmas break we sent back to Samsung to be fixed, we got it back he took it back hooked it up today, same problem. now i see its to late to return it. i will reach out to best buy because they have always gone above and beyond to help fix a problem. best buy is good this tv not
