I had several problems with the TV after its purchase: 1) it wouldn't turn off (happened once); 2) couldn't turn it on (happened several times); and the screen froze several times. It is currently at the Samsung Repair Center in NJ .

Apps included are good. My only complaint is the remote not very user friendly

The tiny speaker faces the cabinet base, makes sound scratchy.

I bought it for use with samsung dex. It does not work wirelessly. It won't connect. Save yourself the trouble. It does work with wired connection but i was very disappointed. My old monitor worked with wired connection. I'm using both a s20 ultra and a fold 2.

I love the wide, clear, color wuality of the screen and the great sound!

I'm either gonna return it or throw it out the window. The red led keeps blinking or it won't turn on unless you unplug it and plug back in.

This TV has an extremely dark picture. Its picture becomes brighter when there is more light in the room, not less. Very dissatisfied with it.

Nearly every application you need is housed in the front page of this smart TV. Excellent, problem-free linkage with all associated application accounts.

So disgusted. We recommended Samsung to so many people and now just after the 12 months warranty runs out the TV died!! The TV was plugged into a battery pack up power unit to. Watching TV last night and it just died. We purchase 2 of the same TV. Tested power cords and everything. The 1 just died. Hoping the other one isn't soon to follow.

When turned on with LG Sound Bar, do not know if words can be understood or they will be GARBLED!!!! Have had sound completely go silent, for no known reason. Also have recently to spend (at least) 5 minutes to even get set to turn on, both with provided remote and set on/off switch (push button).

This TV has a decent picture. The feet that it sits on leaves a lot to be desired. Not stable. This is a TV we did not want him out. Also sound quality is okay not wonderful. I know everyone uses sound bars nowadays but not in the guest room. I only buy Samsung TVs but this one is not my favorite by far.

How to return this one because it didn't have the Apple airplay on it to connect for my device you have to make sure you check the model numbers on the boxes to make sure that there's two different ones to different styles of TVs one they look the same but they're different one doesn't have a player play on it with Hulu, Netflix, Apple AirPlay, and the other one does

After receiving it, setting up, on phone twice with cable company and phone factory resetby Samsung, geek squad had to come out to advise the tv was bad. Finally received replacement, so far, so good.

I ordered this as I wanted a smaller smart tv. It arrived in a timely manner. After following the directions and installing the “feet”, the tv was very unstable, so much so that I was afraid to let go of it, as I felt it would fall over. May work well if hung, but not as a table or dresser top tv. I sent mine back.

The TV's sound inexplicably goes off! I'm not a novice with TV's and I triple checked all the settings. Ultimately the only thing that works is to unplug and re-plug the TV. Stay away from this model!

The TV was ordered as a Christmas gift for my parents for their new RV. By the time they went to hang it and use it, it was discovered to be broken, with a split screen. They're now stuck in another state with a broken TV and I have no apparent way of returning it or getting it fixed for them.

Really enjoying my programs much more. The screen size is perfect for the room.
