I was sent an already open tv I don't have a car to bring it back or to the post office. There was regular tape around the screen and some pieces of the original plastic that wraps around to protect it. I'm ill and not that young anymore I just gave up on that situation. Why would they send something like that now it needs to be install I'm not holding my breath it woul probably last a month

Exactly one year after purchase, the sound on this TV is super muffled and impossible to hear. Don't waste your money on this complete garbage!

Arrived in a timely manner, but this TV would not recognize connections. We walked thru set up multiple times and finally called Samsung support. They advised to return since they couldn't even solve the connectivity issue. After disappointment, the Best Buy Staff were very helpful and immediately found a suitable replacement to our satisfaction. 'Id be wary of purchasing another Samsung TV.

Sound keeps going out on the TV and Samsung is a nightmare to deal with.

Bought this TV following several recommendations. Set it up and tried to use it. Both my son and my husband were sickened by the smell of the gassing off of the fire retardent chemicals. Even with the outside door open they could not tolerate it, Research showed that this is a problem especially for Samsung. Tried to return it but since it was past the 2 week limit for returns this request was turned down.

Super pixilated even on different sources but much worse on lower quality sources like Netflix. Returned.

I bought this TV for my semi truck, no issues so far.

The TV wifi stop working after one day and had to order a replacement TV.

Almost all programs are dark. Tried correcting but it didn't work

Considering to buy again for the basement workout room. Cut the cord on cable.

It was a gift. Picture is okay, but the sound and speakers are horrible. Product is going back to the store. Wouldn't recommend.

I purchased this tv online a d while everything looked fine on the outside the tv was broken on the inside I have been a elite plus member for the longest tike and I’m not sure ehaybamhar happened... I’m going to take it in to exchange for a different.tv. I saw a couple others that are bigger while only a bit more expensive.

I brought it back, the picture quality was subpar.

Sound was so low that at fill volume is comparable to other Samsung models at setting 14 of 100. Picture went to blank screen and on every few seconds.

No lighten or darken controls. Very annoying. Would not purchase again.

I would recommend this TV to anyone in the market for a 32in smart tv.

I have 2 Samsung Smart TV 's. Really enjoy having internet access!!
