This tv gave me hard time and stressed me out it keeps disconnecting from my Internet no matter what how many times you set it up , and I received it twice with some white guards and scratches on the screen .

Disappointing, worked well for forst year and then picture went out a couple months after warranty period.

TV never worked correctly. 1-2 a week it won't power on unless I unplug from electric wait 2 min and plug back in. Works for couple days and same issue over and over.

Can't turn off closed captioning and TV screams at you when you turn it on...Screams when you turn Volume down and Screams when you change from HDMI 1 to 2. Piece of JUNK and throwing away to buy a SONY.

This tv is garbage. We installed it in August and it doesn't work now. Don't buy it.

Purchased an open box tv supposed to be in excellent condition after waiting all day to be able to pick it up it had a scratch in the screen i asked for some additional discount but just ended up returning it

I can’t listen to my tv loudly because I have roommates, however, my TV speakers are making and aggravating shaky sound after only 6 months. I had my previous TV for 15 years. They just don’t make things well anymore.

The set already malfunctioned a couple of weeks after purchase. I had to talk with Tech Support but they offered no actual help. Not happy.

I have to unplug it from the wall socket, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and then turn it on. Royal pain.

Tonight went to watch tv and the speaker was acting very strangely Going tomorrow to exchanfe and get another one

Excellent TV. It has met & exceeded all my expectations! Love the fact that even my old discarded Samsung TV controller is fully functional on the new set. I now have a spare backup controller (which is useful when I misplace one of them). Set up is pretty intuitive but would love it if they provided full documentation on it. Volume control, reception, - everything is excellent. Love it.

Purchased on Jan 31, 2020, today is Feb 9, 2021 and its suddenly dead. The power light lights up, but nothing happens. 1 year old!!! Garbage.

I haven’t even had it a month and it’s having the same problem as the one you replaced!

Sound does not work properly. Plan on returning to store. Only reason I will be able to return is because I have an extended warranty.

This model was installed by the Geek Squad and died after 5 days. I exchanged it for another brand.

we never got the tv you guys screwed it up so bad that my 90 year old mother had to cancel it in frustration over all the calls to set up delivery and you didn't even have the tv to deliver .

returned this product. never tried it since the one i got came without a power cord. probably would have been a decent small display for security cameras which was what i wanted to use it for

No product available except buying a new antenna wire which had the crimpted piece attached to both ends. Need over 60 feet of antenna wire just to get the crimpted piece. NO WAy. Disappointed to say the least.

Horrible to dark screen I stopped by and guy showed me how to lighten up screen but way to dark ! I need to bring in ? I had this Tv before and never had this problem?? Horrible

I recently purchased my Samsung TV and now I cannot turn it on. My initial response from Samsung is that I should request for repair. I am still working on this but I am quite disappointed!!!
