Excellent quality and easy set up. Delivery was quick and on time.

I replaced a 10 year old Samsung TV that is still working but has been aged out of support for accessing Netflix. I would have replaced it earlier if I had known how much I would like this one. It comes on and loads apps quickly compared to the old one, and has Samsung Plus, which adds a lot of specialized channels that are free with ads.

Very pleased with my Samsung purchase. Excellent picture as well as easy to use remote. I would not hesitate to purchase another Samsung product as time progresses. Even though I had Geek Squad deliver and set it up so efficiently was a perfect choice.

I always purchase Samsung tvs as I have found them to have the best picture and the least issues. I have 6 different size Samsung tvs in my household. Would recommend Samsung as ur first choice.

I love this tv. It is my 5th one. Why 5th you might ask..because silly me didn't have the last 4 on a stand and knocked them over. Finally attached a swivel stand and keeping my fingers crossed I don’t knock this one over. Best picture and color!

Picture is nice and I have no particular problem with sound. However, within a short period of purchase, I noticed that the red power light blinks randomly when the TV is off. Periodically, the TV also fails to respond to the remote, e.g., to turn the power on. The only solution is to unplug for a period, then plug back in. Upon contacting Samsung support, conclusion was that the TV had an "internal" problem. Internet search indicates that this is a common problem. After discussing with 5 representatives, finally was told that I must take it to an authorized service representative for warranty work...but, there is no authorized rep within an hour. Mailing in is not an option. Things happen, but it is not acceptable to not be able to access warranty service.

Great picture. The tv was a gift and she loved it. I included a stand on wheels. The free channels from Samsung was a surprise.

So far, so good. Big improvement over the last TV. The wife is extremely pleased with its performance and ease of use, but still haven't tried all of its features. Currently connected to a cable box and blue-ray player. For the money, it was a worthwhile purchase.

It’s a beautiful tv but confusing to use. The remote sucks because there are so many buttons and a lot of them do the same thing. I don’t know which button to search for apps. I push the wrong button and I get kicked off. It might be my internet, but it seems a bit slow. The sound and picture are good. For $200, It’s still a good purchase.

Great tv bought for toyhauler. Only downside for me was it doesn't have Bluetooth.

This new TV isn't quite as good as the last one I bought from Best Buy. I bought one just a few months ago from Best Buy, but it fell off the table with its flimsy legs.' Today I'm attaching a very sturdy stand so I have no worries about this one.
