I've been happy with the Samsung TVs I've had in the past. This one has a good picture and a lot of features, with a good set of apps. The size is right for the small room I have it in, and the tuner works well for over-the-air reception. Two HDMI ports is less than I'd like--you can never have too many, in my opinion--but they're adequate for my needs. On the other hand, the wireless networking stinks. When I first set up the TV, it wouldn't access the internet via Wi-Fi despite having a solid network connection, and I had to work through Samsung customer service to get it to work. That shouldn't be necessary. BTW, Samsung customer service during off-hours uses text messaging, not online chat, so you're paying for the interchange. Eventually I got it to work by setting up a Samsung account (which I didn't want) and then starting to set it up through PayPal, then backing out and setting up without PayPal. Since then, every time i turn on the TV, it complains that there's no Wi-Fi internet connection. None of my other devices has this problem. I can go through the reboot/restart/etc. routine to establish a connection, but it gets old when you have to do it EVERY TIME. If you can make a wired internet connection, then I recommend this television. But if you have to go wireless, I would most definitely not.

The product is very good and it is a good value. The sales process could have been better. Placed my order on line for pick up. Received notice that it ready for pick up. Went to the Salem NH store the next morning and was told it hadn't been picked and it would be a few hours. Got customer service involved. Lot of back and fourth. Frustrated I went to the electronics dept. I found one on the floor. Took forty minutes to get out of there.

Great picture. Tv plus is a must for me. Easy to set-up.

Just picked this up for 20$ at a garage sale. Pretty excellent for the price... Works great as an extra monitor or guest bedroom TV... Very happy with my purchase.

Great TV ! I purchased this TV on sale. I am very pleased with its perfirmance. It was a good decision to buy it. The picture quality is great and the sound is enjoyable.

Just got it on Mother's Day to replace an old kitchen tv. I must say I am impressed with the quality of this television considering it is not a 4K. I am in love with the Samsung TV App & all those channels in it. I will definitely be enjoying it while cooking!

Considering I only paid $150 for open box the quality of the product exceeds my expectations. Great picture (even though I am used to 4K UHD).

this tv has a good sound and picture, works well with apps and cable use it in the bathroom, so it is exposed to humidity and has held up

Excellent picture, from all reasonable angles. Set-up was straight forward & it works well with my cable (Spectrum) subscription...nice to get rid of another "rental box"!

Just wish the remote had the sleep button right on it instead of going through the menu to choose it.

The "TV has a perfect picture. I am so glad we got it. It is small a 32 inch but perfect for my little office. If I had it to do over I would buy the same small TV with all the bells and whistles and a good price.

No issues or lags with this one. I have a larger Vizio smart tv in my living room and it lags like crazy compared to the Samsung. Definitely would go Samsung again.

Would recommend it for the price. It's my fifth Samsung, TV. Two Q series and three S series. Great picture.

Picture and sound are very good. Wide viewing angle. Big improvement over my previous Vizio TV. Good value for a reasonable price. Still getting used to the navigation and controls.
