I got this TV back in Dec 2018, 5 years ago for my 5 year old kid. He's 10 now and it works exactly same as when he got it. i think this is a good "little kid" tv.

I thought from the time of purchase to the delivery, second to none. Great communication when out for delivery and where delivery was placed. Very impressed.

Staff was informative and helpful; purchase was smooth.... who could ask for anything more? Many thanks.

There are a few issues with this TV. First, no matter what I do, the colors are not sharp or bright. My 12 year old plasma easily beats it. The wifi never connects to the router, even though it's only about 50 feet away. If the sound is turned up above the 18-20 level, the back of the set hums. It also does have enough baseline clarity. You MUST have the HD set up. Also, it won't pick up any over-the-air channels even in town.

Great overall value, the TV is definitely fully functional, with a lot of ports, along with built in wifi and great screen resolution.

Bought it a few hours ago & returning it first thing tomorrow morning. Love the smaller size, but set-up is a nightmare. The remote buttons are way too many & it's hard to figure out which button you need to push. You have to go to too many steps to get from live tv to prime video. With all the issues this tv & remote has, I'll be glad to get rid of it tomorrow morning.

I have already reviewed this purchase, 32” Samsung TV. I had positive feedback for the 2 employees who assisted me. I was a walk-in customer and they both went above what I had expected of them in getting the TV I was looking for.

It’s a good TV. The remote doesn’t have a microphone, to me that’s a good thing. Replaced an insignia TV that had a slow CPU.

I've always liked samsung tvs and this is no slouch tv. coaxial,component,and 2x hdmi hookups,along with the ethernet hookup! this is a great entry level samsung tv!

Great little TV for cheap. Fits perfect under the kitchen cabinets on the counter top. Installed apps like Disney, Netflix and added feature lie screen mirroring is more reason to love this TV.

Was a gift for our sister the delivery was flawless and fast. Haven’t seen the TV but she does like it.

The tv that I purchased fits my needs. My only complaint is that I could not find a sales associate who could give me information about or other suitable recommendations.

I bought a comparable Samsung 32" Class 1080p in 2018. The TV itself is great, but you have to use the web browser that comes with it. You can't update it when necessary; you have to rely on Samsung deciding to update the software. Almost exactly two years later, in summer of 2020, YouTube has updated its software so that it is no longer compatible with the web browser of the Samsung TV I bought in 2018 (model year 2015). The Samsung support tech was great, troubleshooting with me over text messages, but the end result was that the TV doesn't support this content (YouTube). And she can't tell me when/if they will ever update the software for this TV again. Not a bad enough problem for me personally to replace my TV. But something for future buyers to keep in mind: apparently planned obsolesence. Lesson learned. TL;DR: May be worth it to splurge on the current year model.

We love it. Just exactly what we ask for. Ordered it on Sunday and got it Monday.

It was a good basic tv. Rest in peace little Samsung. Sorry we broke you. Four stars for the value.

I was replacing the previous model of this TV (not smart tv). Picture is great, but the sound is horrible. Sound on previous model is better. Very disappointing. I am returning.

Great purchase at a great price. My only regret was I should I’ve gotten a bigger screen, at least 40” screen. But very happy with the purchase anyway!

Happy with the tv and have no complaints. I bought a 40” Samsung and am happy with that too.
