Excellent picture, mediocre sound, no regular audio out jacks

This Samsung TV was a good value. Set up and performance was as expected.

Any concerns this tv is programmed and manufactured in 2018?

Light easy to handle Legs should be heavier or sturdier tipped over easily

The sound quality is disappointing but at least the image quality kind of makes up for it.

Good picture quality. Hard to get to sleep setting. Prefer ROKU tp Tezen TV apps. I installed Roku better remote and voice commands

The tv itself is great but the feet it came with for support are loose no matter how tight you tighten the screws. It should come with longer screws

I ordered a “open box” tv online. It said it was in excellent condition with no missing parts. When it arrived it had a scratch on the screen and no remote.

Please be aware that We were not told by salesman that the 32” Samsung TV sold to us was made in 2018. I found out when I called Samsung about a problem I had with color. Best Buy said I could return it. However my husband and I were ill and had no way of returning it. We feel that you should have personally brought us a replacement for tv.

Great image quality for the price! The sound is also really good. The only con is that sometimes, it faces connection problems when using wifi.

as purchased the tv has an audio issue in that the volume control must be at or above 72 to make a decent sound A little better after an audio check up

I went to Best Buy asking for a bedroom TV. This TV had no headphone jack, but was told the optical/digital output connector could be used to attach headphones. Well, first I needed a PCM-to-analogue converter. I got one and got sound through headphones. But there is no way to control the volume without buying some sort of an amplifier. This is a deal-killer. Otherwise, a good TV. Basically for the lack of a $5 headphone jack, I returned a $250 TV. I bought a Westinghouse 32" smart TV which has a headphone jack.

Good picture and sound. Lots of apps installed if you need them. Fits nicely on our bookcase

The only complaint for this TV is the sound- the sound is pretty flat and the TV chassis vibrates when the sound is at moderate volume. Good if you plan on getting a soundbar or connect to a speaker system.

I bought this TV on the 6th of Dec 2019 so its been only 10 days since I purchased it. I was playing Play-station and the colors went dark and starting to fade, few seconds later, it goes black screen. I turned the TV on/off and still black screen, I could hear the game through my headset so I know its a problem with the TV. I unplugged my HDMI from the TV that is connected to the play station to test the TV independently without it being plugged to anything. So I turn the TV on/off few times and still no picture. I could hear the sound in the TV too but no picture. So I went to sleep to see if it over heated or something, woke up the next day and still getting this issue, just black screen. I have like only 10 hours on this TV and already ran through this problem which bothers me because I have to wait another 5 days since it seems like no body carries this TV in store. I will go return it and order new one from Best Buy (Where I purchased it). Once I get the new one and use it for few weeks, I will update this review but for now, very disappointed that I only got like 10 hours on the TV and already black screen
