This set worked well, straight out of the box. Easy HDMI connection to our cable system. Cable not included, didn't expect it to be. The picture is vibrant. Great price. Very happy with this purchase.

We really like this television. Nice picture , volume. The only thing I have issues with is YouTube TV. Once in a while we launch the app amd it looks and sounds lole it launched correctly but it wont show any picture. So i have to disconnect the TV then YouTube TV will work. Iys a little annoying but i really dont think its the TV. Because it doesn’t happen with any other app. I dont use cable service either. Good overall TV.

This is a great value for the price. Beautiful, clear picture, and easy to set up and use. Audio is clear and if excellent quality. We love it! Would highly recommend.

Needed a smaller tv for an extra guest room and this fit the bill. Decent picture and smaller size that we were looking for. I will say that Best Buy install team was superb--5 stars for sure. As for the TV, 4 stars.

The picture quality is amazing. Every bit as good as my expensive Q60 Samsung. The Samsung TV Plus App is great bonus. Large variety of shows. Easy to setup.

I purchased this for my Mother-in-law to place ih her bedroom. Once I got her trained on using the Spectrum app, it has worked great.

I purchased the Samsung brand television for its quality and longevity of product. The Samsung television I purchased increased in size from 27” to 32”. The new television has been mounted in my bedroom for additional viewing and opportunity to see my favorite programs before I retire each evening. I highly recommend this brand purchased and set up by Best Buy!

Had to buy a small unit for my daughter's apartment. This fit the bill...hard to find smaller flat panels since everything is "bigger and bigger." Great picture. Easy to set up. Nice price point.

Purchased this tv as an extra office TV. It fits perfectly on my desk and has a clear picture. Was able to get it set up in less than 15 minutes. Very happy with this purchase.

so far so good....color is good and sound is good, I have an average sized bedroom and we mounted it on the wall.

I would definitely recommend this tv . Beautiful picture with vivid colors and easy to use very user friendly.

The pix etc is as promised BUT setting it up is gruesome! The remote buttons are small, with no backlight. Button touch is very sensetive so easy to get it wrong. Included directions are minimal, you have to get them off the I'net and read them off your small screen phone. Setting a shut off time is complicated ......when you finally find the right item! Shortest period is 4 hrs, it will not do 30 min segments. I've had other Samsung TV's and products, none this bad. Be aware!!!

Replacement TV for an older Samsung. The color on this TV is great. It is the perfect size for my bedroom. The smart features are great. It is nice to be able to cast my iPhone to the TV.
