Great picture on this TV. Very clear. I did not like all the steps I had to go through just to get it set up with Samsung. I don't know how I ended up in that set-up but I had to go through it just to use my tv. I didn't think this was necessary. I might make me not want to buy a Samsung TV in the future if I have to go through this more than one hour procedure. I finally had to use my computer as it didn't work just using my phone

Excellent picture! Memory remembers your likes making it easier to go to your favorites. The remote is easy to operate. Set up fast and easy.

One of the best tv's in the house even if it is the smallest. Color is great, picture quality is outstanding.

Put the feet on and plug it in and it really just about set itself up' I believe it even received information from our other Samsung. You can lift it with one hand.

This was a purchase for my son. Was ordered here in Cleveland and delivered from one of the Best Buy stores in the Columbus area . The tv was mounted on the wall by the delivery person who made sure that everything was working. Beautiful picture and sound quality. Delivery person arrived within the time frame that was given and he didn’t have to wait all day.

If a Smart TV is what you want, this is the one to buy. But I have to say, navigating the "smart options" is awkward and difficult. To find the program, TV or move, that you want to watch can be a lot of searching. Then, some are "free" others are "pay" so you need to pay careful attention to what you're doing. It would be nice if each program (ie: Apple TV, Prime Video, Hulu etc.) had a search option to find a specific program but that doesn't exist for the most part.

Picture and quality are really very very good. It is compact and easy to work with.

I read a lot of reviews for this brand and other brands and decided on the Samsung (actually purchased two - for two different rooms) and am extremely glad I purchased this brand. The picture in HD is astounding!! For the price and quality, I would definitely buy the Samsung brand again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a TV in this size. We needed a new TV for the living room (43 inches) and went with Sony (went back and forth between the Sony and Samsung) even though the Sony was almost twice as much. The Samsung actually has a more crisp picture than the Sony, but still glad I bought the Sony.

Great picture, easy setup, linking to streaming services a piece of cake. Perfect size for my home office.

Tv has been amazing! Color is crisp and clear, and the smart TVs has made our Spectrum watching so much easier! Price was very reasonable too!

This was a replacement for the 32" Samsung TV that stopped working after faithful service. This is a excellent replacement. Excellent picture. the 32" screen fits perfect on the 35" Ethan Allan cabinet in my living room. I was without a TV for nearly one month. I am one of the before cable TV persons. I have all of the Spectrum channels available. It is perfect for me since I am disabled and have all of this entertainment available to me in my own home. A great TV plus a great company to work with. Ahd your Geek Squad provides great technical support.

Good TV for the price but wasn't happy with being fooled into thinking that I would get a 10% discount on my purchase if I applied for the Best Buy Visa Card and was verified, which I did. I didn't notice until I looked at the recipes the next day. I called to question this and was given the run around and different answers. Never got the 10% discount and life is too short to stress out. I paid the bill in full and the Best Buy card with a 30% interest rate will go in the shredder.

Just moved and needed something to entertain me. Got this tv and have been very happy with it. I've bought Samsung tv's before and they are very easy to navigate. Very good picture.

The televisor image has beautiful colors. The remote control is easy to use for the elderly.

I bought this TV for my daughter and she is very comfortable with it, pretty easy to navigate beyween streaming apps and picture quality is excellent.

We have purchased only Samsung TVs over the past four years, including this 32” TV, purchased as a gift. With Samsung you get a high quality smart TV, with a great picture and hundreds of channels on Samsung’s free network. Our purchases also influenced a recent in-family Samsung TV purchase.
