It’s a great tv. The color is sharp. The sound is clear.It’s perfect for what I wanted it for, to use in a bedroom. The price was good. The terms were good, After the best but guys set it up, it’s been fairly easy to use

We originally purchased the 2017 version of this TV & loved it so we got the 2018 version for my parents. Having come from a ten-year old TV, the picture initially felt like a video game but after watching a few football games we loved it! The smart TV features are easy to navigate. We have it on a table so the curved screen is wonderful; not sure how it would be on a wall.

I've had this tv a while now and I'm impressed with the clarity and the color. This is my second Samsung and I would gladly buy another when the time comes,

This tv has a great picture. The apps are plentiful and streams effortlesssly.

Sometimes the sound is either so loud that it hurts your ears when you turn on the set, or there is no sound at all when you turn on the set, even though it is not muted. This has always been corrected by turning off and then turning back on the set. This is some sort of glitch that sould not happen. The picture is not as vibrant as our older Samsung smart TV, and when not viewing straight on the picture is really washed out. I would have expected this from a QLED set, but not from this set, Finally, this set is slightly wider than other 32" TVs which could be a concern when placing in a confined space. We did measure and it does fit, but the cheap plastic legs are set so far apart that it did not balance on our stand. We had to improvise with some plywood.

We had a smaller TV hooked up through a Roku since we receive our TV through streaming. Wanted something a little bigger and like the features/menus of the Samsung smart TVs (our main viewing area is Samsung smart TV also). Super fast setup and great picture. The sound is decent for the size and adequate for our use. Great TV for the price.

This TV has an amazing picture quality and I love the smart options.

I bought this for my 96 year old Mom, as she had a small old picture tube TV. She loves it! Should have done it a long time ago. I have the same one that I bought 5 years ago and it's still great. Next time I'll get a 43" or a 48". Delivery was excellent and it's so easy to set up. Thanks BEST BUY!

I like this TV the picture and sound are great! I enjoy the streaming apps, it works well with my hotspot and my bluray player. The only thing I lament is the lack of an on/off switch on the set itself especially at those times when you are standing nearby and just want to do a one push turn off or on especially during a pop up storm.

My Dad loves the picture on the this t.v and how easy it is to use.
