Recent Best Buy experience

The service man, Ivan, was very good patiently explaining the differences between the two TVs. Service person was also a big improvement from first tech. Also your store reps were very helpful and patient to help me with the problem I was having with Vizio.

Samsung 32 inch tv

Make sure you have new batteries on hand when the TV is purchased or delivered, I hope Samsung saves a ton of money shipping worthless batteries to compensate for irritating customers. Was it worth it?

I route the sound through an external speaker so I didn't rate the sound quality. Changing channels on the Samsung TV Plus is a bit slow. Otherwise it's a good product.

Tops SONY!

This was our third Samsung TV and we love it. It is our smallest and I have it in my soaping studio so I can watch while I work. Outstanding in every way!

Great value of a Smart TV

Not the best to be used as a monitor, but works. Color is good, has good blacks and contrast. Speakers are desent It's hooked up to Cat6 and streaming, not using cable or coax. HDMI from PC to TV is fine Its really ridiculous, what you get for the money.

There are not many quality options in 32 inch televisions anymore, however that’s what fits in my bedroom. So far I’m not overly impressed with the operation of the remote and the interface. I am considering getting a ROKU because I like the controls better

Samsung has picture quality nailed down & I will not purchase another brand again. Sound is great without having to have it to the highest setting as with a Vizio I had.
