Returned the 1st as it proved to be too large for the space. Never got the 2nd as the promised delivery date came and went twice, so I cancelled the order. The 3rd came as promised.

However, it was easy to assemble, looks great, and looking forward to viewing it. Can't believe how light and thin it is compared to the tv it is replacing.

Registration failing

But when I came to the Samsung website to register my product, the website kept saying invalid Serial number. I opened a chat with Samsung support who confirmed that the Serial Number I gave him is correct but was not able to tell why the website kept giving an error. Says his backend team will fix the issue in 2-3 business days. Surprising that a big technology company like Samsung cannot ensure that a simple task like product registration goes smoothly. Hope the TV does not give me similar problems in the future.

Great TV,good $, but remote was dead on arrival

Great Picture

Some reviews took issue with the sound quality but we haven't found that to be true. Bonus points for the TV being an open box discount.

It is a very functional TV and once you figure out the Apps and navigation menu you can customize it perfectly. The picture is bright and clean and clear.
